Mothers Have Rights, Too: A Parental Rights Group

This is a group for mothers and fathers who are being almost entirely shut out of thier child's life by Alameda County. This group is to bring national awareness to the new trend of mother's rights suddenly being taken from them in an extreme fashion, for no reasonably varifiable reasons. As a a mother or father, as the defendant in Alameda County, you have wrongly been the loser from the start. Because of the Alameda courts, your child is the "biggest loser".

Experiening bias as a mother? Biased against for being the defendant? Alameda allows no defense for the defendant.

Most of us would have filed for custody first and been the plantiff; if we hadn't wanted to do things out of court for our child's sake. In Alameda, parents who decide to do things the expensively in order to get their way, usually do. Justice and viewing each case individually where both parents deserve voices are not a priority; instead defendants are treated like just another number.

Alameda Co. does not value protection of the child; it favors meeting the whims and desires of the plantiff.

Let's bring this inept system of lawyers and judges working together to perpetuate injustice, to light.
